Prove falsity and identify the publisher
Truth is the central defense, so we build the factual record that defeats it. Where the author hides behind an alias, we pursue platform subpoenas, IP records and payment trails to put a name on the complaint.

Quantify the harm
Lost contracts, canceled offers, collapsed revenue, treatment for the effects of a sustained campaign. Reputational damage is provable when it is documented properly, and documented damage is what moves defendants.

Demand, then sue
Some publishers retract and correct once they receive a demand that reads like a pleading. Others need a filed complaint and a deposition notice. We are prepared for both and we do not send empty threats.
Statements that cross the line
Defamation is a false statement of fact, published to others, that damages your reputation. Calling you incompetent may be opinion. Stating that you stole from a client, falsified records, assaulted someone or carry a criminal history you do not have is a statement of fact, and it is actionable.
The most damaging modern cases are rarely a single post. They are campaigns: coordinated reviews, tagged posts sent to your employer and clients, fake accounts, and content engineered to rank in search results against your name. We litigate the campaign as a whole rather than chasing one post at a time.
Deadlines are short and unforgiving
Defamation carries some of the shortest limitation periods in civil law, often one year and in some jurisdictions less. Evidence disappears faster than that. Waiting to see whether it blows over is how strong claims become unfilable ones.
